The Heisman Memorial Trophy The Heisman Memorial Trophy is awarded each year to the most outstanding player in the United States by the Heisman Trophy Trust. The Heisman Trust consists of former members of New York’s famed Downtown Athletic Club, which unfortunately closed after the tragic events of 9/11/01. The WHSH national awards banquet is held each December in
New York City during the annual Heisman Trophy weekend. Throughout

ACT ACT provides program management services for the Wendy's High School Heisman Award. A leader in the educational testing and services field, ACT provides more than 100 assessment, research, information, and program management services in the broad areas of education planning, career planning, and workforce development. ACT is perhaps best known for its college entrance exam, the ACT Assessment. Expertise in managing scholarship programs prepares ACT to manage the Wendy's High School Heisman Award program. www.act.org |
