What did winning the Heisman mean to you?

"Winning the Wendy's High School Heisman was a tremendous honor. Although the trophy was given to me, I believe it was my community, Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, that won the award. The Wendy's High School Heisman highlighted the tireless efforts of all of my coaches, teachers, family, team mates, and neighbors. To me, winning the Wendy's High School Heisman was a testament to all those who encouraged and supported me and serves as a goal for other young athletes in Western Pennsylvania."

What advice do you have for this year's finalist and their families?

"This will be one of the most memorable weekends of your life. Remember to take detailed notes about each of the weekend's event. This is not because you will ever forget any detail. Rather, it is to aid you when you get back home; everyone in your community will want to share the excitement of your experience!"

What did winning the Heisman mean to you?

"Attending my first Heisman ceremony was amazing; I was awestruck with everything going on around me. The WHSH award was a capstone on my high school career. The program and winning have both had a profound effect on my life. Winning has pushed me to continue giving back to the community and to strive for success in everything I do."

What advice do you have for this year's finalist and their families?

"Make the most of this weekend. You will never be around the exact same people at one time again and the bonds you create will last forever. Once the weekend is over, make sure to keep in touch with each other. Overall, HAVE FUN!"
