Q:  How do I know if I am eligible for the Wendy’s High School Heisman?

A: The application is open to any high school senior who meets the following eligibility criteria.

    1. A high school senior for the academic year 2010-2011, graduating with the Class of 2011.
    2. Have maintained at least a B (3.0) G.P.A. during your three years in high school.
    3. Participate in one or more school-sponsored extracurricular sports.

Q:  While creating my profile, I was told that the account already exists. I have never tried to login before, how can that be?

A: During registration you must select a unique User ID – something that no one else in the system has ever used before. If you get this message, it is likely that you have chosen a User ID that is already in use by another applicant.  You will have to try something different.  Be sure to write down what you have tried, prior to clicking Submit.  It is easy to get in a hurry and then forget what you tried.  Write it down and save it until after the October 3 deadline has passed.

Q:  How do I change my User ID or password?

A: Your User ID is a unique identifier that was created when you first filled out the profile section and may not be changed.  If you have forgotten your User ID you may click on Forgot User ID or Password? located on the login page to obtain it.

If you are the applicant, you have options for changing your password. Upon failure of an attempted login, click: Forgot User ID or Password? link located on the login page to have your password sent to your email account. If this option does not work for you, click here to send an email.

Q:  I am locked out of my account.  What do I do now?

A: If you have tried multiple times to login, and have received a number of messages that your User ID or password is not correct, as some point your account will be disabled automatically. Click here to send an email requesting a password reset or account reset.

Q:  Academics Section - Class rank.

A: This is a required data element.  Class rank as of the end of your junior year is sufficient.  If your high school does not “rank”, please work with the guidance office to help you identify what percentage of your class you fall into.

Q: Academics Section- Recording Honors courses correctly.

A: When recording the number of Honors courses taken do not count previously recorded AP or IB courses.  Although some schools count AP/IB courses as Honors, we want you to only record each course, you have taken, one time.

Q: School Activities Section- Recording school activities correctly.

Q: Community Involvement Section- What if I have never had a job or done any volunteer service?

A: Each drop down menu in the work and volunteer service tables allow you to record a 0 for no work or volunteer service done.
